Forward your bank statements to ThaiWealth, once or automatically
Most Thai banks email your statement as a password-protected PDF. Instead of downloading it and uploading it here, you can forward that email to a private ThaiWealth address. Forward one by hand whenever you like, or set Gmail to do it for you so every new statement arrives without you opening the app.
1. Get your forwarding address
Open Settings → Email forwarding and choose Create my address. You get an address made of two words and a number, like lucky-mango-4821-5530@in.thaiwealth.app. It is yours alone: anything sent to it lands in your account and nobody else's. On your phone, choose Save to contacts too, so that from then on you only have to type ThaiWealth when you forward.
2. The quick way: forward one by hand
Open the statement email, choose Forward, pick ThaiWealth (or paste your address) and send, with the PDF still attached. This works from Gmail, Outlook or any other mail app, on your phone or a computer. A forward you send yourself can't carry the bank's digital signature, so we can't tell it apart from someone else's email. It waits in Settings → Email forwarding, unread, until you tap Yes, import it. That's one tap per statement; the automatic way below skips it.
3. The set-and-forget way: Gmail auto-forward
Gmail can forward new statements automatically, and a statement forwarded this way keeps the bank's signature, so it imports without asking you. Gmail's phone app can't set this up: do it once in a browser on a computer. It takes three steps and about five minutes, and Gmail asks you to confirm the address before it forwards anything.
- Add the address. In Gmail on a computer, open Settings (the gear), then See all settings, then Forwarding and POP/IMAP. Choose Add a forwarding address, paste your ThaiWealth address and continue. Leave forwarding itself switched off: the filter in the last step forwards only your statements, not all your mail.
- Confirm it. Gmail sends a confirmation code to your ThaiWealth address. It appears in Settings → Email forwarding within about a minute, and on LINE if you've linked it. Copy the code into the box Gmail shows you. We never confirm it for you: you stay the one who approves forwarding.
- Create the filter. Open a statement email from your bank and copy the sender's address. In Gmail's search bar, open the search options, paste that address into From and tick Has attachment. Choose Create filter, tick Forward it to, pick your ThaiWealth address and save.
Once the filter is in place, you don't need to wait for a monthly statement. Most Thai banks' apps let you request a statement for a date range and send it to your email. Ask for one there and it reaches ThaiWealth on its own.
4. Save your statement password once
Bank PDFs are locked with a password. The first time a statement arrives from a bank, we ask for that password, and you can choose to save it for that bank. After that, every statement from the same bank imports without asking. The saved password is encrypted and used only to open that bank's statements.

Notices go to LINE if you've linked it, otherwise to your email. Every message that reaches your address also shows up in Settings → Email forwarding, so you can always see what came in and from whom.
Keeping it private
- We keep the PDF attachment and a record of who sent it and when. We don't keep the email's subject line or text.
- The PDF is deleted on the same schedule as a statement you upload yourself.
- If your address ever ends up somewhere it shouldn't, choose Get a new address. The old one stops working at once, so update your Gmail filter to the new one.

Frequently asked questions
- Does ThaiWealth read my Gmail?
- No. You forward emails to us; we never connect to your Gmail account or ask for access to it. Only messages you or your Gmail filter send to your ThaiWealth address reach us.
- Which banks does this work with?
- Any bank that emails your statement as a PDF can be forwarded. A statement is read without asking you only when the bank's email carries a signature we can check; anything else waits in Settings for you to confirm.
- I use Outlook or another email app. Can I still use it?
- Yes. Forwarding by hand works from any email app. The steps above for automatic forwarding are Gmail's; other email services have their own forwarding rules.
- Gmail says the confirmation code expired. What now?
- Ask Gmail to send it again from the forwarding settings. A new code shows up in Settings → Email forwarding within about a minute. We show each code for 24 hours.
