The hard part was never the arithmetic
You typed every one of those numbers from memory, and most people get at least one of them wrong. ThaiWealth AI reads your bank statements and keeps a running total of what you have actually spent and paid, so by January the numbers are already sitting there.
- Upload a bank statement PDF and it comes back as a categorised ledger
- Insurance, funds and donations are recorded on the day you pay them, not reconstructed in March
- Your documents stay in one place, ready for filing
Nothing on this page is sent anywhere. The calculator runs entirely in your browser and we do not store what you type. If you go on to create an account, your data is encrypted, and you can export or delete all of it whenever you want.

Questions
Before you rely on this number
Who is this calculator for?
Salaried employees in Thailand. It covers income under sections 40(1) and 40(2) of the Revenue Code, which is salary, wages, bonus and allowances. Freelance and business income has its own expense rules and is not handled here.
Does a pay rise into the next band tax my whole salary at the higher rate?
No. Each band's rate applies only to the part of your taxable income inside it. Crossing 500,000 baht means the baht above that line is taxed at 15%, while everything below keeps the rate of the band it sits in.
When do I file?
Tax year 2569 is filed between January and March 2027. Filing online through the Revenue Department gives you a few extra days over a paper return.
Why does social security say 10,500 baht and not 9,000?
The contribution ceiling rose from 15,000 to 17,500 baht a month on 1 January 2026. The rate stayed at 5%, so the monthly maximum went from 750 to 875 baht and the yearly deduction went from 9,000 to 10,500. Pick tax year 2568 above and the calculator uses the old figure.
Where is SSF?
It is gone. Subscriptions to Super Savings Funds ended on 31 December 2024, so there is nothing to claim for 2026. Thai ESG is the fund that carries a deduction now.
I am a freelancer. Can I use this?
Not accurately. Freelance and business income can deduct expenses either at a flat rate or at what you actually spent, and which applies depends on the kind of work. Putting that income into the salary field here would understate your expenses and overstate your tax.
How accurate is this?
The rates and limits are current for the tax year you pick, and the arithmetic follows the order the Revenue Department applies. It is still an estimate: it does not know about tax already withheld, income taxed at source, or the conditions attached to individual allowances. Treat the number as a plan rather than a filing.
Do you keep what I type?
No. The calculation runs in your browser and nothing is sent to us. There is no account, no cookie holding your salary, and nothing to delete afterwards.
Know your number in December, not in March
Most of the ways to lower this bill have to happen before the year ends. ThaiWealth AI keeps track of what you have spent and paid as it happens.
