Who operates it
ThaiWealth AI is a trade name. The service is operated by Techmark Co., Ltd. (บริษัท เทคมาร์ค จำกัด), a company registered in Bangkok under number 0105561066781. The same company is the data controller for your personal data and the party to the Terms of Use.

The company is VAT-registered, so the price shown at checkout is the final amount, VAT included.
What it does
It reads Thai bank statements, sorts the transactions into categories, tracks budgets and an investment portfolio, and estimates Thai personal income tax. Expenses can also be logged over LINE.
What it will not do
The useful thing to know about a finance product is where it stops.
- No investment advice. Holdings and returns are shown as data. Telling you what to buy or sell requires a Thai SEC licence, which we do not hold and have no intention of working around.
- Tax estimates err high, by construction. Several allowances are not modelled yet, among them spouse, child and parent allowances, provident funds, Thai ESG and mortgage interest. The error runs one way on purpose: a real filing can owe less than the screen says, never more.
- Freelance and business income is recorded but never estimated. The expense deduction under sections 40(5) to 40(8) depends on the type of income, and a confident wrong number on a tax screen is worse than an honest gap.
- SSF is not offered. Subscriptions closed on 31 December 2024, so it cannot be claimed for the tax years covered here, whatever other calculators still list.
An estimate here is an estimate. Confirm anything you intend to file with the Revenue Department or an accountant.
What happens to your data
Statements are processed on infrastructure in Singapore, and uploaded files are deleted on a schedule rather than kept indefinitely. Every outside party that touches your data is named in the privacy policy, including the AI provider that reads the text of a statement.
